Hand and Wrist Pain

Trigger points refer pain to the hand and wrist that mimic the symptoms frequently associated with such diagnoses as “Gamekeeper’s Thumb”, DeQuervain’s Syndrome, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, degenerative joint disease and osteoarthritis.

Examples of these are the rhomboids, brachioradialis, and brachialis muscles.
